Hello!
I’m so glad you’ve taken a moment to get to know me and explore my practice. I grew up in both Kansas and Colorado, two places I still cherish. Some of my closest friends and family remain there, giving me wonderful reasons to return often.
Graduate school took me to rural Louisiana, where I embraced a new culture and deepened my appreciation for diverse perspectives. Outside of my professional life, I’m an avid reader, coffee enthusiast, and devoted library-goer. I’ve recently taken up rowing (at home for now—but perhaps on the water one day).
Being outdoors is essential to my own well-being, and living in Florida allows me to enjoy it year-round.

My education, training, and diverse professional experience have uniquely positioned me to provide comprehensive, affirming psychological assessments and empirically based therapeutic interventions. I believe lasting, meaningful change begins with a genuine, supportive relationship rooted in trust, openness, and mutual respect. Every assessment and therapy session is conducted through a trauma-informed, multicultural, and affirming lens, ensuring that your history, identity, and experiences are not only honored but celebrated.
Before starting my private practice, I worked at the University of Florida’s Counseling and Wellness Center, where I worked closely with the clinical team to create tailored evaluations for adolescents and adults with ADHD, anxiety, and related concerns. My professional background also includes serving as a faculty member in UF’s doctoral counseling psychology program, working in a specialized neurodevelopmental clinic, a community-based setting, and domestic violence centers; these experiences allow me to bring both clinical depth and versatility to my work.
I offer in-person services in Gainesville, FL, and secure telehealth appointments throughout Florida and in all PsyPact-affiliated states, providing access to my services wherever you are.
