Whether you’re seeking clarity for yourself or your child, my evaluations uncover the why behind behaviors, emotions, or challenges—and provide a clear, actionable roadmap for what to do next. I specialize in comprehensive psychological assessments that offer precise diagnostic clarification, inform highly tailored treatment strategies, and guide important educational and occupational decisions. I also work with individuals seeking greater insight into personal matters such as emotional well-being, relationship dynamics, or life transitions.
Typically, an evaluation takes place over three structured appointments. This process is designed to foster a nuanced understanding of both challenges and strengths, ensuring a solid foundation for informed decision-making, meaningful change, and lasting personal growth.
What To Expect
Typically conducted remotely, the intake session is our opportunity to begin building a thoughtful, comprehensive picture of you. Together, we’ll explore your background, personal history, and current challenges, while also highlighting your strengths and unique experiences. This conversation allows us to identify key patterns, clarify your goals, and lay the foundation for a personalized plan that truly reflects your needs and aspirations.
The testing phase is a full-day, in-depth assessment that can be completed either in my office or remotely for your convenience. During this session, you’ll engage in a carefully selected battery of assessments designed to capture a truly holistic picture of your cognitive, academic, emotional, and psychological functioning. This may include evaluations of executive functioning, memory, attention, and social-emotional well-being, as well as personality assessments and self-report measures. Together, these tools provide a nuanced and comprehensive understanding of your unique strengths and challenges forming the foundation for meaningful, tailored recommendations.
The final feedback session, typically held remotely, is a dedicated hour to bring clarity and direction to all that we’ve learned. Together, we’ll review your assessment results, discuss any diagnoses, and explore the key insights that emerged. You’ll receive a detailed, thoughtfully written report along with tailored recommendations for next steps crafted to support your goals and unique circumstances. My aim is for you to leave this session feeling informed, confident, and equipped with a clear, actionable plan for moving forward.
